No one in our neighborhood should go hungry.
- Food pantry: 1st Thursday and 3rd Saturday of each month, 10 AM – 12 PM.
- We Care Fund: help with rent and power bills for households within two miles of the church. Call the office to apply.

Welcome to Highland.
I grew up in rural Mississippi, in a church that taught me to be afraid of God. It took me years to hear the good news underneath that fear: God isn’t out to get us. God is out to make all things new, and the empty tomb is the promise of it.
That’s the hope we try to live at Highland. As Wesleyan people, we believe God’s grace is already at work in your life before you ever walk through our doors. We see it at the Lord’s Table on Sunday, over supper on Wednesday night, and at the pantry counter. In those moments the kingdom of God isn’t far off. It’s taking shape right here in our neighborhood, as neighbors are fed and no one is left out.
You don’t need to have it all figured out to belong here. Lord knows none of us do. We’re all works in progress, and God isn’t finished with us yet. Come as you are.
